Wedding Love Poem: We Us & Ours
So long I’ve lived repeatedly
Just me, myself, and I
Now I’ve found love outside of me
And it feels so good inside
The way that togetherness lies
The way that the weather has chimed
To find my heart when the wind blew
This love into both our lives
Enough for unlimited times
I’m so glad it’s no longer just mines
Now it is we, us, and ours
All my rain came from previous pain
But now it has turned into love showers
Now me, myself, and I is devoured
And has turned into we, us, and ours
It’s funny how the weather changed
When the wind blew each time
When the chimes used to be mine
And I could only think of I
But now it’s a love combined
I feel adored the more love is absorbed
I’m soaking up the fact that I love you
I’m glad self-love was devoured
And me, myself, and I
Is now we, us, and ours
